「建築家」プライバシーポリシー
Android アプリ「建築家」(以下「本アプリ」)は、個人開発者(以下「開発者」)が提供するゲームです。本ポリシーは、本アプリで取り扱う情報を説明します。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
開発者は、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を収集しません。本アプリに会員登録やログインの機能はなく、開発者は独自のサーバーを運用していません。
2. 端末に保存する情報
- ゲームの進行データと設定、購入状態は、お使いの端末内に保存します。開発者には送信しません。
- Android のバックアップを有効にしている場合、これらのデータはお客様の Google アカウントのバックアップ領域に保存されることがあります。開発者がこのデータを閲覧することはありません。
- アプリ内でエラーが起きると、その技術情報(エラーの内容と発生箇所)を端末内に記録します。自動では送信しません。お客様が「設定」からコピーして開発者に送った場合にのみ、開発者が受け取ります。コピーした文章には端末の機種と OS のバージョンが含まれます。
3. 広告について
本アプリは、お客様が選んで視聴する報酬付き広告を、Google AdMob(Google LLC)により配信します。広告配信のため、Google Mobile Ads SDK が次の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。
- 広告 ID
- 端末情報(機種、OS バージョン、言語設定など)
- IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその地域
- 広告の表示・タップに関する情報
Google による情報の取り扱いは、Google プライバシーポリシーとGoogle のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用をご確認ください。広告 ID は Android の設定から削除またはリセットできます。
4. 広告の同意について
欧州経済領域(EEA)・英国・スイスなどからご利用の場合、Google のユーザー向けメッセージング プラットフォーム(UMP)による同意フォームを表示することがあります。対象の地域では、選んだ内容をアプリ内の「設定 > 広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できます。同意しない場合も、ゲームのすべての機能を利用できます。
5. アプリ内課金について
アプリ内課金の決済は Google Play が行います。開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。購入状態の確認と復元のため、Google Play が発行する購入情報を端末内で利用します。
6. 第三者への提供
第3項と第5項のサービスが取得する情報を除き、本アプリの利用に関連する情報を第三者に提供しません。
7. お子さまの利用について
本アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを主な対象としていません。アプリ内課金を行う場合は、保護者の方の同意を得てください。
8. データの削除
本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のデータは削除されます。進行データは、アプリ内の「設定 > 最初からやり直す」でも消去できます。バックアップされたデータは、Android または Google アカウントの設定から削除できます。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能の追加に応じて改定することがあります。変更は本ページの更新をもってお知らせします。

Architect Privacy Policy
Architect ("the App") is an Android game by an independent developer. If this summary differs from the Japanese text above, the Japanese text applies.
Information the developer collects
The developer does not collect personal information such as your name, email address or location. The App has no accounts, and the developer runs no servers.
Information stored on your device
Game progress, settings and purchase status stay on your device and are not sent to the developer. If Android backup is on, they may be saved in your Google account's backup storage, which the developer cannot see. When an error occurs, the App records technical details (the error and where it happened) on your device. Nothing is sent automatically. The developer receives it only if you copy it from Settings and send it, and the copied text includes your device model and OS version.
Ads
The App offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the advertising ID, device information (model, OS version, language), approximate region from your IP address, and ad interaction data. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can delete or reset the advertising ID in Android settings.
Ad consent
In regions such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's User Messaging Platform may show a consent form. In those regions you can change your choice in Settings > Ad privacy settings. Every game feature works whether or not you consent.
In-app purchases
Google Play handles payments. The developer never receives payment details such as card numbers. The App uses the purchase information issued by Google Play on your device to confirm and restore purchases.
Sharing with third parties
Apart from what the ad and purchase services above collect, no information about your use of the App is shared with third parties.
Children
The App is not primarily intended for children under 13. Children should get a parent's consent before making a purchase.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the App deletes its data from your device. You can also erase game progress in Settings > Start over. Backed-up data can be deleted in your Android or Google account settings.
Changes
This policy may change as laws or features change. Changes are announced by updating this page.
